At Alchemy London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Alchemy London packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
